We have a 48-business hours cancellation notice. If your appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday, the cancellation must be made on the same hour the preceding Friday.
If patients do not cancel within this time frame, a fee will be charged for any scheduled appointment. ($200 for initial medication appointment, $150 for medication follow ups and $100 for therapy appointments.).
We accept electronic payment only via Venmo and all major credit cards.

Be sure to contact your insurance provider to request more specific information about your plan's reimbursement rate, deductible, and mental health coverage. We cannot be responsible for declined claims and ask all clients to check with their insurance carrier prior to seeing us to ensure we are in network with their specific plans.
When checking with your provider, they may ask you which codes will be billed in order to provide you the rate of reimbursement. Below is a list of the most common codes that we may use, which should be helpful for you know to know when discussing benefits with your insurance company.
