We have a 24-hour cancellation notice. If patients do not cancel within this time frame, a fee will be charged for any scheduled appointment. ($200 for initial medication appointment, $150 for medication follow ups and $100 for therapy appointments.)

We cannot be responsible for declined claims and ask all clients to check with their insurance carrier prior to seeing us to ensure we are in network with their specific plans.
