Whether you're seeking support for yourself or for your child, your willingness to share vital information about the current situation is both appreciated and crucial. It helps us understand how we can tailor our expertise to meet the unique needs you or your child may have.

Step 1: Let's Get Started

Ready to begin your journey with us? Kick things off by filling out our Appointment Request Form. Please make sure to then check your email for our screener, which helps our team determine if we can be a fit for you or your child’s needs. Rest assured, your information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Step 2: We’ll Be In Touch

After you've submitted your form, our dedicated team will review it within 3 business days. If we believe we're a good match, expect a friendly call or text from us. We'll guide you through the next steps, including how to complete our intake forms, which includes additional forms, consents and agreements for your review.

Step 3: Complete Your New Registration Forms

Once we determine you’re a good fit, we will email you our forms. These forms MUST be completed BEFORE we can offer you an appointment slot.

Step 4: Scheduling appointment

We'll review forms and then send a scheduling link to you so you can book your own appointment that fits your schedule. If these options don’t work for you, please give us a buzz at 857 229 2852 or frontdesk@threeriversmentalhealth.com so we can see how we can accommodate you!

Step 5: Insurance Verification

We'll collaborate with our 3rd-party billing partner Headway or your insurance company to verify your insurance plan. This ensures a smooth process and helps us make the most of your benefits. We do ask that you also call your insurance to ensure we are in network.

Step 5: Download our HIPPA compliant communication app Spruce for easy communication with us!
